Red Dots on Legs: Not knowing what meds you are on, age, skin tone (Fitz scale), what you put on your skin (sunscreens), or pictures, this makes it difficult to inform you, other than consulting a dermatologist, your PCP- Petechiae are little red papule/dots, but you did not indicate details. I don't want to overly concern you, as this may be a reaction to UV rays, but without pictures . . . Please consult your doc
