Yes, conclusive: All HIV antigen-antibody (AgAb, duo, 4th generation) tests are concluisve any time 6 weeks or more after the last possible exposure, so your 45 day test proves you were not infected. There is no difference in performance among all the available AgAb tests, no matter what they cost.
