Hi doctors. i need some helps about my hiv exposure. i tested rt pcr rna 20cps/ml (54days), hiv combo ag/ab (79days), hiv rapid test (105days) all are negativ. but i've used corticoid(immunosuppressant drugs) for 5months. will my ab be produced late.

RNA=active: If the RNA testing is positive then unfortunately the virus is present. Antibody formation could potentially be delayed by immunosuppressive therapy.

Hello, had Hiv Pcr Rna Test with detection limit 20copy ml 11 days after exposure and 4 Th generation Combo 19 days and 23,5 days after exposure. How reliable is this? Many thks?
