I have been using hemroid cream for a month then started using the wipes with witch hazel now i have a huge rash down there. what do i do?

Allergy or infection: You may be allergic to something in the wipes so would discontinue them for now. Bathe daily with mild soap and water and consider skin lotion with Vitamin E and or C to help irritation. You may also have developed a secondary fungal infection so may consider trial of antifungal like Tinactin for a few days to see if there is improvement. If not better get examined..
