Go to the Doctor: Usually one learns the 'three s' approach to managing their hemorrhoids at home. But, given your symptoms there is absolutely nothing to tell you other than that you must be seen in person, examined, and possibly sent on to surgery. Antibiotics treat infection. They do not treat hemorrhoids.
