My son fall on to his nose and forehead last night. he has a tempreture in the night and struggled to sleep. he woke up looking ok but nose is very swollen and the right nostril is leaking a clear fluid, all the time. is this normal?

Hard to say: Some swelling would be expected but he could have broken/injured the thin bone that divides the nasal passages & have a dangerous clot form. The leak could also be brain fluid (very rare). I would have him evaluated.
