Safe.: If you did not lose consciousness and have not had any symptoms since then you should be fine, but to be safe you could have someone check on you in a few hours. You should be able to wake up easily and tell them you are fine.

Probably: It sounds like you had a bad injury. The main thing to be concerned about is a slow subdural hematoma. The symptoms can include nausea, vomiting, headache, and just not feeling quite right among other things. It can happen from seemingly innocuous injuries. To be safe you should at least see your primary care doctor. They may want to get an outpatient ct if they feel it is warranted.
