I received my tetanus vaccine today but it is with 3 to 4 days delay ( 4 days after small wound) is it still effective? who soon antibody produce?

Should be fine: As long as you had your primary series of tetanus in the past, a few days of delay will not hurt your protection. Antibodies from the earlier shots & this booster will be in place soon enough to protect you.
