Overkill: tetamus boosters are usually good for upto 10 years- no need for monor wound vaccination: discuss with your PCP.

Yes: Receiving too many tetanus vaccine has been known to cause serum sickness-like reactions including fever, rash, lymph node swelling, and arthritis.
