Assume there is no tetanus vaccine the gives people good immunity for more than 15 years. Just plan to get a booster shot every 10 years. Vaccine immunity decreases over time in everyone, but different people decrease at different rates. In the US, for teens who missed some earlier tetanus shots: usually after a third dose, we give a fourth dose 6 months later. Next booster dose is 10 years later.
