Is getting two tetanus shots close to each other like within 2 years or so bad ? i mean would that be too much of this vaccine injected in body that may cause some other reaction?

For the vast majority of people this has no negative effect at all and may just boost the immune system in general. Some rare individuals develop an allergy to the tetanus toxoid used in the shot, but that can happen with the first dose. I would not lose sleep over the issue.
