but i lose hair each day. other anemia symptons b12 result good
how can i increase 12ug/l?

Iron supplements: You discuss the issue with your doctor and start prescription iron supplements. You do not mention whether your hemoglobin is normal or what your serum iron level is. However, the ferritin is low enough to suggest that iron is needed.
