35 year old male feels lightheaded..spinning after he eats, pulse 85, bp 110/70, blood sugar 109 2 hours post meal.he also feels burning.

Lightheadedness: If this occurs often after meals containing sweets, this could be due to vascillations in his blood sugar, initially spiking upwards, causing secretion of insulin with a reactive drop in blood sugar(example: from 180 dropping to 109). This swing in blood sugar can produce symptoms. A 6 hour glucose tolerance test can detect this pattern of reactive hypoglycemia or check sugar 1/2,1 and 2 hours pc.
