Well if: your blood sugar is 277 it's unlikely that your symptoms are related to hypo (low) glycemia (blood sugar)! In rare cases, hypoglycemia can occur while you are sleeping and a reaction of the liver is to produce sugar due to release of GLUCAGON which converts the "storage" sugar in your liver to glucose..... A result of this "effect" is unlikely to be as high as 277 ANXIETY would be my guess...
