Blood sugar would vary by several points every time you measure it, so you have no way of knowing whether your blood Sugar is actually going up or down at any particular time. It is likely that your symptoms are not due to a minor change in blood sugar. If your symptoms persist, see your doctor to begin an evaluation to determine the true cause. Good luck.
