My son has been sick for 4 days he has a fever of 104.5 rectally after giving him tylonal and a warm bath/ cold cloth on face&neck should i be worried?

Probably not: 104.5 is not dangerously high. Fever is a key aspect of how we fight infections-microbes don't survive at high temperature ; our white blood cells work better. Drugs to reduce fever may help someone feel better temporarily but prolong infections! don't treat a fever just because it's there but ok to treat if he's miserable.
