My daughter complained about painful lingual frenulum this morning. when i looked, there was a little cluster of dots, almost looked like tiny blisters in cluster. i gave her ibuprofen before school. what can that be and what can i do? she had fever 4 day

Vesicular eruption: These could be Herpes simplex, or other causes of herpetiform lesions may include infection with Coxsackievirus or potentially other viruses. You don't say how old your daughter is or whether she may be sexually active. Strongly suggest you let your family doctor take a look at these.
