I am on day 11 of covid and my symptoms are getting worse. my chest is closing up. it does sort off come right when i have a warm bath and break my fever. must i go to hospital yet?

COVID 19: If chest "closing up" means difficulty breathing - than I would seek medical evaluation. Get urgent care for difficulty breathing, blue lips or face, marked persistent chest pain/ pressure or new onset confusion.
