See a pediatrician: Unexplained vomiting could be a sign of an underlying problem and shouldn’t be ignored, even if he seems fine in between vomiting. A thorough history, including an evaluation of his diet, labwork and physical exam is recommended. It would help to know when this began and how frequent, any diet changes, new medication or supplements (like vitamins) any changes in his stools & check ht and wt.
