My 5yo started complaining about a sore tongue 2 days ago. today, he has a fever of 37.5c and is complaining about stomach cramps. he plays well, but at times feels like lying down. i woke up with a sore throat and some phlegm, but no other symptoms?

Testing: Sore throat can be a symptom of many things. Covid, flu, colds and strep throat are just a few. See a Dr who can test you for various causes, and until you know what it is isolate yourself from others so that you do not spread any of them. Wear a mask if you need to go out and sanitize your hands frequenlty. Use acetaminophen for pain relief.
