3yr boy has red rash all over.not itchy or sore, but a brown ring has also accured.child is running around & playing. what can this be?

Rash: While in med school, one professor used to say- there are 65 different causes of rash! anyways, most common are viral illnesses, allergies, fungal, yeast etc. If uniform dotted rash allover body, probably viral. Allergic rashes are irregular, of different sizes, shapes, sometimes bumpy, many time itchy. As long as your child is drinking well, playful, just buy some time, it will go away.
