Possible: If your abdomen hurts it may be due to colon spasms or distension especially if it is associated with passing gas or diarrhea and especially if it relates to different types of food. But this pain could also be due to other reasons like appendix, gall bladder, stomach, small bowel, bladder etc. If not resolving, best see your doctor since examination and possibly xrays/ultrasound may be needed.
