Yes: The normal vaginal environment - ie a microenvironment that has low levels of bacteria and yeast/fungus - is maintained by a very high acidity level - what is called a low ph of 4. A natural method to urge the vagina to keep a very high acid level is to use borate (boric acid) capsules in the vagina (from a compounding pharmacy) can help keep the acidity at the level it needs to be.
