More info: What pills are you/did you take? Depending on what you took, you should be feeling an improvement within 24-48 hours or so after taking the medication.

Within a few days: Usually should feel better within few days to a week. Sometime you may have yeast that is resistant to the medication. Sometimes you need to be on longer courses or a different medication. If you are getting worse or not better in a week follow up with your doctor
