Saddle PE: You should ask your doctors who are familiar with your status and the signs of the embolus resolving. At least 4-6 weeks would be possible and could be longer if resorption is slow.

Depends: On how sick you were and how long your were hospitalized. How vigorous is your occupation? Guess would be 4-6 weeks.
