Not likely: the HSV, natural antibodies that you have produced are protective of the fetus as well. You could request a daily antiviral to suppress HSV if you wish, however not likely to be the source of problem with miscarriage. Consider getting tested for any blood clotting disorders, or metabolic syndrome, or polycystic ovaries, any of these could contribute to a higher miscarriage rate.

Though cervical to fetal transmission is rare you could discuss prophylactic acyclovir to prevent outbreak.
