My mother(71) bitten by spider(?) on left cheek 28jul during sleep. went to gp, was given antibiotics and fucidin. till today area still tender, teeth/gums sore + some pain on left side of body. normal? which type of doctor to consult further?

MD and DDS: From what you describe I would return to the GP who saw her for a followup and in addition have her seen by her own dentist for a dental evaluation. What you describe may or may not be related and therefore has to be checked out by both specialties.
