I have had fevers in the past that only last for 12/24hrs and every time i get excruciating bone pain. neg on ra. but do have arthritis/ osteoporosis.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It is imperative to examine you when you have fever. If you can manage by taking acetaminophen you you get fever, you may do that. If that is not acceptable it would be prudent to see your doctor. Wish you good health!
