Thymectomy diagnosis is extra nodal marginal zone lymphoma, how likely is it that it spread to bone? borderline osteoporosis, have possible ra.

Not likely: It would be very unlikely for your disease to be in the bone. There is a chance that it has spread to the bone marrow (inside the bone - different from spreading to the bone itself) so a biopsy will be done to rule that out. There is no correlation with osteoporosis or RA.
