Possibly: But medication alone will not resolve your issues. You'll need to be examined by a dentist to determine the cause of your swelling and the appropriate treatment. Dental problems can rarely be solved with a pill or a lotion.

Cause?: Treatment depends on cause. Most often gum disease indicates compromise in oral hygiene, regular professional care scheduling, or both. Rarely may be due to systemic disease. Pills/potions/snake-oil will not cure most gum problems. Please see your Dentist for proper diagnosis, treatment plan, or referral to gum/bone specialist.
