See a dentist: Consider rinsing with diluted salt water rinses. However, see a dentist so that the infection can be drained and/or an antibiotic prescription can be written. See the dentist asap as the infection can potentially become life threatening in 1-2 days.

Immediate care!: There is nothing that you can do to resolve the infection. See a dentist immediately to find out the cause and discuss the options. Untreated infections can put you in the hospital or worse.
