None, see a Dentist: swollen and painful gums indicate that there is some kind of infective process occurring in your mouth. You should see a dentist ASAP to determine what exactly is going on and what you should do about it. Treating the symptoms does not solve the underlying problem as you may need antibiotics or other treatment.

None: "Swollen/painful" indicate infection which has been implicated in other organ damage. You need to see a Dentist for help in controlling your infection. And no, even prescription antibiotics will not cure, only control spread, of infection.
