I took zantac 150 last night and im having a bit of an anxiety attack. i took an ativan and didnt help. am i able to take a beta blocker right now?

Possibly: Neither of the meds you mention interact with a beta blocker. Provided that you haven't taken any other medications that interact, and you are normally prescribed a beta blocker by your doctor for such a condition, you may consider taking it.
