Sinus Issues ?: Very often when there is sinus inflammation due to either an allergy or cold, the maxillary posterior teeth can hurt. Once the sinusitis passes, the toothache(s) should disappear. If the toothache(s) continue or if you don't have any sinus issues, please see your dentist for an exam.

Sinus?: Try sitting down, leaning forward, putting your Head between your knees. If discomfort in teeth increases, probably sinus issue, call your Physician. If pain level does not change, probably tooth infection, call your Dentist.
