A member asked:

Why does "anticoagulation therapy for pulmonary embolism" have no bleeding risk for "people with vasculitis with petechiae"?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not true: Any individual who receives an anticoagulant will also carry a risk of bleeding. The presence of vasculitis does not change that.
