Why: Did you have a pulmonary embolism? Was an underlying cause found? Did you have a work up for an underlying hypercoagulable state? If you are off warfarin, you don't have an ongoing increased risk of bleeding, but if you have an underlying risk of thrombosis, you could get another pe or worse. You certainly don't need breast augmentation. I would advise against it.

Increased risk: You are at increased risk for problems. You need expert consultation with a hematologist to determine if you have any underlying medical problems that predisposed you for a pulmonary embolism. Then you need to give serious consideration about how important cosmetic surgery is in relation to your risk for a serious complication.
