Vaginal flora: There are many reasons for variation in vaginal flora , diet ,age(atrophy dryness due to lack of estrogen) , other medications including antibiotics. ANA + that resolves can be due to lots of other reasons than true lupus up to 20% of healthy individuals have positive ANA - blood pressure/seizures meds can induce as can mono .Eat yogurt as that contains lactobacilli . f/u w/ gyn. Dont worry.
