+ ANA is not =lupus: + ANA is not = sle. It helps guide the diagnosis of systemic lupus erythematosus we can see a+ ANA in many other settings.Allergies, thyroid disease, other connective tissue diseases and in perfectly normal people. It is not associated with back pain.
