Uncertain : This may not be related to lupus this will depend on the evaluation of your physician but the + ANA can be there for many reasons. The elevated sedimentation rate can also suggest many other medical problems or even be normal. It appears you're having a very extensive evaluation. You might ask your physicians if this flank pain is referred pain.

Had lower back pain since 2018, I have done MRI's, Physical Therapy, EMG, etc. All normal. ANA was tested to rule out Lupus, the ratio came back borderline, ~6 months later with the worse pain, my test is negative. Why? Could it still be Autoimmune?
