Hi. for the past 3 to 4 days my hearing in both ears comes and goes. i hear a humming, knocking noise and sound of the ocean noise. what is wrong?

Tinnitus: Recent onset of tinnitus can be from ear wax accumulation, but new onset tinnitus associated vertigo and/or with hearing loss especially in one ear warrants an evaluation by an Otolaryngologist to check for a type of growth in the brain which is called acoustic neuroma.
