Try moving your jaw side to side and open and close your mouth thast might loosen the muscles and remove the sound your having. You should also go to an ENT specialist just to check your ears.

Sinuses?: I agree with the previous anwser that it could be tmj. It also could be a sinus problem so go to an ear nose and throat specialist and get checked.
