Why is it that sometimes your hearing goes out in one ear, and you hear a long beeping sound? is there something wrong ?

Not normal: Its not normal to have your hearing go out. The beep is likely the cell sensing that tone dying. (technical term tinnitus). Have you considered having your doctor check your hearing and run any indicated diagnosiic tests he needs?
