Executive Assistant: A practical guide for those who could really use an executive assistant to remind them of important events/tasks, to keep them focused, to keep them on time for things, and to stay organized: "add-friendly ways to organize your life" by judith kolberg. Would be good if assistant were unafraid you'd fire him/her and could tell you when you were interrupting others, appearing disinterested, etc.
