Not clear about ?: If you think you are having a heart attack, you should dial 911. Taking a baby aspirin and/or anti hypertensive medications is not sufficient in this situation. If you are talking about preventing a heart attack, you'll want to discuss your individual risk profile with your primary physician and then take appropriate measures after consulting with them.
