Can i use vicks on my 23 mo? gotten conflicting advice. some say no, it's hurtful. some say yes, it's helpful. i just want his congestion relieved :(

Vicks: Yes you may. As a matter of fact, applying a thin film of Vicks vaporub on the chest is recommended the american academy of pediatrics to help with colds and cough. Also make sure that he drinks enough fluids. Running a humidifier/vaporizer amy also help.
