Many things: There are many ways to handle "stress." what you choose depends on your own preferences. I enjoy meditation, yoga, breathing exercises, gardening, hiking & other exercise, and ho'oponopono -- an ancient hawaiian method of problem solving and stress release. Doing your own personal practices often gives you more freedom than taking medications -- even supplements. Accept help prn, though! :-).
