Feet to head pain: Would f/u with MD. May be cervical / lumbar disc disease not uncommon at this age , may be heel spur or ganglioma benign nerve cyst in the foot may be due to leg length discrepancy and be helped with heel lifts . or even tiny fracture ( as it occurs when walking) may be other cause like mass.
