Feet turn red/pink when im sitting with them hanging down or standing still for awhile. but when i lay down or sitting with them straight out in front of my, they go back to being their normal skin tone.

Gravity: When you hang your feet and especially when you stand your legs get about 10 percent more blood volume pooling in them. This causes your blood vessels to dilate and you notice more of a pink color to your feet.
