Hi i need help i think my 1.5 year old fell on his head on friday i am not sure, tonight he has s fever of 39.4 please help ?

Unrelated: You don't get fever from a bump on the head. If the kid did not get knocked out at the time, did not have episodes of vomiting or other signs to suggest a true head injury his event,if it happened, was not significant. You do need to handle his fever as you would any other time as an illness.
