My baby's stomach has not worked in 3 days. should i take him to er? yesterday he was vomiting and had a fever and didn't drink anything all day.

Sounds wise: This may be a self-limited infection but there is a danger of him becoming dehydrated. If not drinking anything or able to keep fluids down for more than a day I would advise taking him to the ER.
